La Regata III Trofeo Midas & Co will take place on 15 March 2026 at the Puerto Deportivo de Sotogrande. Established as one of the most important events in the DF65 class calendar, it has become a benchmark in the growth of radio-controlled sailing in the Marina de San Roque.
Driven by Fundación Navega and supported by Midas & Co, the regatta highlights the evolution of the RCSotogrande sports project, dating back to when this event became the first sponsored regatta in the circuit and achieved record participation at the time.
The third edition will feature 16 races in a technical and challenging format, strengthening the event’s sporting and media presence thanks to the support of Strait Magazine and other local collaborators.
With backing from Puerto Deportivo de Sotogrande and various institutions, the trophy reinforces a model focused on promoting the sport, fostering public-private collaboration, and supporting the local maritime ecosystem. The initiative also aligns with Sustainable Development Goals, encouraging healthy competition, activating maritime spaces, and building strategic partnerships to strengthen the nautical community.
15 March 2026 — Races will be held throughout the day. Exact race times will be announced closer to the event.
General spectator access is free. Premium viewing areas may be available for enhanced experiences, including food, drinks, and closer access to the racing.
